Jami Minton is a singer/songwriter originally from Birmingham, Alabama, now residing outside of Little Rock, Arkansas. She has been involved in or with music somehow or another her entire life. She appreciates all types of sounds and has a passion in general for music and writing. She plays acoustic guitar and sings, and her music is a bit folk rocky, acoustic, soulful indie mix with a dash of pop and adult alternative. Snow Ice Cream

8 cups snow
1- 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

Place snow in large bowl, pour in sweetened condensed milk, add vanilla and mix well to combine.

* Add red or blue food coloring to make it even more fun!

Charlotte Bronte


The book club voted on Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte (1816-1855). She was the oldest of the three Bronte sisters. We'll meet and discuss the book January 14th.

The Book Club picked Murder on the Orient Express by Agatha Christie for our next book. We decided to meet in four weeks so we could squeeze in another book before the year was over. We'll meet at my house November 19th at 7:30.
